YOGA CLASSES

All bookings include 2 hours of daily yoga tuition, regardless of your arrival date or length of stay.

Each session includes preparatory exercises designed to deepen awareness of the different body systems and human movement principles which provide the foundation for a more fluid and expressive practice. This is followed by vinyasa-style sequences that help to improve circulation and prepare the body for a series of longer-held classical asanas, concluding with restorative postures and a guided relaxation sequence to finish.

Class numbers are kept intentionally small so that individual guidance and appropriate modifications can be offered to each student, enhancing the therapeutic nature of the work. This also makes the practice suitable for students of all levels - from beginners wishing to get a clear understanding of a contemporary approach to yoga, through to more advanced students wanting to deepen their understanding of energetic sequencing as a way to develop a freestyle personal practice.

All classes are taught by a British Wheel of Yoga instructor with over 10 years teaching experience.
